Cerenome Launches CNSide® CSF Molecular Profile Tests
Cerenome's subsidiary CNSide Diagnostics is commercially launching two CSF-based molecular profiling tests in the U.S. starting October 12, 2026. The tests profile more than 300 genes in cell-free DNA and over 1,600 transcripts by RNA sequencing, extending CNSide beyond leptomeningeal metastases into primary CNS tumors and CNS-involved hematologic malignancies. A published real-world study of 1,391 CSF specimens found cancer-related molecular findings in 78.4% of evaluable specimens.
