T4 Robotics Announces Cooperative MOU with Ukrainian Armed Forces Unit for Robotic Systems Evaluation

T4 Robotics announced that its Ukrainian operating partner signed a memorandum of understanding with a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to develop and field-evaluate uncrewed and robotic systems. The non-binding MOU covers the company's casualty evacuation and logistics platform plus broader UGV and UAV prototypes, with military units providing operational feedback and evaluation reports. There is no revenue, contract value, or binding commitment disclosed; the agreement is an early validation step for a pre-commercial micro-cap defense developer.
