Tenable Uses OpenAI GPT Cyber Models to Help Defenders Inspect Community-Built AI Components
Tenable is collaborating with OpenAI to create the CyberAgents Exchange AI Inspector, a security review process combining OpenAI GPT cyber models, Tenable One AI Exposure skills inspection, and Tenable researcher review to vet community-built AI components. The tool was unveiled at OpenAI's Intelligence at Work: Cyber Summit and is expected to be available in September. The CyberAgents Exchange, launched in August 2026, is an open-source, cybersecurity-native registry for AI agents, skills, MCP servers and multi-agent playbooks. Following Tenable's SWARM build event at Black Hat USA, the registry now includes more than 100 community-submitted AI components.
