Servier completes the acquisition of Day One Biopharmaceuticals
Servier has completed the acquisition of Day One Biopharmaceuticals for $21.50 per share, representing a total equity value of approximately $2.5 billion. The transaction adds Day One's marketed product OJEMDA (tovorafenib) for pediatric low-grade glioma to Servier's portfolio, along with clinical-stage assets such as Emi-Le and DAY301. This completes the tender offer process, transferring ownership of Day One's rare cancer pipeline and scientific capabilities to Servier.
