First Eagle Investments Completes Acquisition of Diamond Hill Investment Group
First Eagle Investments has completed its acquisition of Diamond Hill Investment Group for $175.00 per share in cash. Following the transaction, Diamond Hill's common shares have ceased trading and will be delisted from the Nasdaq. Heather Brilliant, former CEO of Diamond Hill, will continue to lead the firm while assuming the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer at First Eagle. Pro forma for the transaction, First Eagle’s total assets under management and advisement were approximately $213 billion as of March 31, 2026.
