Lycia Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Upsized Initial Public Offering

Lycia Therapeutics priced its upsized IPO at $18.00 per share, selling 17,640,000 shares for expected gross proceeds of approximately $317.5 million. The underwriters hold a 30-day option on up to 2,646,000 additional shares. Jefferies, TD Cowen, Evercore ISI and Guggenheim Securities are joint book-runners, with LifeSci Capital as passive book-runner. Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 23 under the symbol LYCA, with closing expected October 26. Proceeds fund the clinical-stage LYTAC platform targeting autoimmune, inflammatory and allergic diseases.
