Aeternum Resources Announces Agreement to Acquire 100% of American Renaissance Minerals, Sponsor of the Nkamouna Cobalt-Nickel-Manganese Project in Cameroon
Aeternum (OTC: AETN) signed a September 21, 2026 agreement to acquire 100% of American Renaissance Minerals LLC, sponsor of the Nkamouna cobalt-nickel-manganese project in Cameroon, replacing its prior 51% option arrangement. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026. Consideration is entirely equity: up to 133,333,333 shares (or pre-funded warrants) issued in stages against project milestones, figures stated before the previously announced 1-for-20 reverse split. Nkamouna's prior permit was withdrawn in February 2025; ARM is working with the Government of Cameroon toward a new mining permit, and the deal's value hinges on that award. Management says it is ready to build quickly, leveraging its modular gravity-separation plant under construction in Nigeria.
