Chesapeake Gold Corp. is a mineral exploration and development firm primarily engaged in identifying, acquiring, and advancing gold and silver deposits across North and Central America. The company also undertakes exploration for zinc ores. Its most significant asset is the Metates project, situated in Durango State, Mexico, which consists of 12 mineral concessions covering a total area of 4,261 hectares.
