Eminent Gold Corp. (EMGDF)

Eminent Gold Corp. is a company primarily dedicated to the exploration and assessment of gold deposits within the United States. The firm has an option agreement in place to fully acquire (100% interest in) the Hot Springs property, located in Humboldt County, Nevada, which encompasses 168 unpatented mining claims covering approximately 1,375 hectares. Its portfolio also includes the Weepah property in Esmeralda County, Nevada; the Spanish Moon property, consisting of 70 unpatented claims in Nye County, Nevada; and the Gilbert South property, which holds 110 unpatented claims situated to the west of Tonopah, Nevada. Additionally, Eminent Gold Corp. possesses an option to secure an 87.25% stake in the Barcelona property. Originally incorporated in 2011, the company was known as Navy Resources Corp. until it changed its name to Eminent Gold Corp. in February 2021. Its main office is located in Vancouver, Canada.
